Dharmendra SINGH
Dharmendra is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Intgrea Partners a M&A digital firm based in US who is passionate in driving his company to solve the M&A pain points of its customers through his unique post-merger integration experience. His mission is to help customers complete their integration on time and realize value and synergies from acquisitions made.
Dharmendra is an alumni of INSEAD Business School and a senior executive with over 20+ years of diverse professional experience. As an industry veteran, he comes with deep experience in building the R&D Centre, developing solutions capabilities within organizations and leading Corporate M&A.
In his last role he was globally responsible for driving Post-Merger Integration for Schneider Electric. In his past role he was General Manager of the R&D center in Bangalore, India where he was instrumental in building a strong product development practice and solutions capabilities program globally.
Dharmendra is an active investor and has also served on the advisory board of many companies and startups. He has been guest faculty at several of top B-Schools and has been invited as the speaker at several events and industry forums worldwide.
