Bastiaan Saris is a Masters Degree qualified Marketing professional with 23 years of experience working within premium brand FMCG multinational companies SABMiller – Beverages (now ABI), Sara Lee (now Unilever) – Food, Household & Bodycare, CPC Bestfoods (now Unilever) – Food.
Currently working with Asahi Europe/Grolsch, has been there for 12 years and his current role is Head of Innovation.

Bastiaan is a passionate & dynamic innovator with a drive for business innovation and change management. He has a strong track record of delivering results through holistic, strategic approach of brand & business challenges. A talent for creating winning brand & product portfolios by generating fresh ideas and entrepreneuring. He leads inspired multicultural cross functional teamwork to excellent execution and high levels of capability with his high drive and results orientation.

Before ABI bought SABMiller and the divestment of Grolsch to Asahi on October 10th, Bastiaan was working with SABMiller Europe in the Regional Innovation Center. In his current role he is getting the chance to shape Innovation for the newly formed Asahi Europe business.
