SPEAKER’S BIOGRAPHY:
Mr. Dag-Inge Flatraaker is General Manager, Group Payments Infrastructure at DNB Bank. Academic background includes; Master Degree in Economics (University of Oslo) 1986 and a mid-career program at Harvard University (Boston) in Public and Business Administration 1993/94. He holds key positions both in the Norwegian, European and international payments landscape, including the European Payments Council (EPC) where he is member of the Board. He was also Co-chair of the former ERPB (Euro Retail Payments Board) working group on mobile and card-based contactless proximity payments. His professional background also includes a former career in Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway).
